社会復帰してからそろそろ3回目の給料日です。

It will be my third payday coming soon. that means it's already been 3 months since I started working.

帰国してからも再会とか出会いに恵まれて、こんど写真展示をさせてもらう事になりました。最終日には旅の話もさせてもらいます。　旅中に撮った写真は15000枚。多いのか少ないのかは良く分かりませんが、2年7ヶ月という期間を考えると少ないのかも。　この中から思い出深い写真を選んで展示します。

In a few weeks ago, I met an owner of a cafe in Saitama, near Tokyo, and she luckily gave me an opportunity to hold a photo exhibit at her cafe. At the end of exhibit, I plan to give a talk.

I took approximately 15,000 photographs during my journey. I'm unsure if this number is a lot or normal. I guess it is not a lot in two years and seven months.

I have to choose some memorable photos from all of my photo files. It will be hard to choose.

展示は6切写真(大）を10枚、２L（中）が3枚程度です。その他悩みに悩んで選んだ100枚程度の写真をアルバムに入れて置かせて頂きますので、飲み食いしながらゆっくり見て行って下さい。

For my plan, there will be 10 of big size photographs and 3 of middle size on the wall. Then, 100 of normal size will be on some albums. Hope all who come enjoy photographs with delicious food.


22日の最終日には旅のお話を1時間程度する予定ですので併せて宜しくお願いします。

アッという間に4ヶ月が経ちました。
4ヶ月という期間を考えると中央アジアを抜けるのに費やした期間と同じくらい。あの時はどっぷりとエスニックの匂いに浸って毎日過ごしていて、あれはあれで毎日アッと言う間に時が過ぎて行った気がする。でもあの時の4ヶ月の方が長く感じた気がする。何でこんな時間が経つの早く感じるんだろ。多分、気を張り詰めているかどうかの違いなのかな。

Its been already 4 months since i came back. I've been feeling the time is flying so fast in Japan. The term of four months, I just said, is like almost same term as I spent in central Asia in 2012. I am for surely I felt much longer for four months at that time. I am not sure why but perhaps it is because my life is much secured now.



ここ最近はというと先週末、ンビラアーティストのスミさん主催のオールナイトンビラ in 奥多摩に参加して来た。
I don't get as much excitements as last few years but have now been having decent fun in Japan. This is the photos last weekend. Mbira music in the forest in western Tokyo prefecture.




奥多摩の山の中で聞くンビラとオショ（アフリカのマラカス）は最高！踊って飲んで久々にアフリカをがっつり感じる事が出来た2日間だった。スミさんありがと
I felt Africa in that time. it was fun, drink and dance all night long.






ジンバブエで会ったオーさん、チーさんとも再会して、料理の得意なオーさんがジンバブエから持ち帰った芋虫をトマトでアフリカ風に煮てくれた。これが日本酒にあうあう！！　一晩で20匹以上は食べたと思う。

The couple I met in Zimbabwe, Ou-san, fixed tomato soup with caterpillars from Zimbabwe. It was surprisingly nice with Sake.

【森下駅から】
都営新宿線・大江戸線森下駅Ａ１出口を出て、左方向に新大橋通りを進み、２つ目の信号（新大橋交差点）を左折し、万年橋通りを直進。万年橋の手前を右に曲がります。橋のたもとに「芭蕉稲荷神社」の案内表示があります。その道の一番奥です。徒歩約１０分

【清澄白河駅から】
半蔵門線・都営大江戸線清澄白河駅Ａ１出口を出たら右側の道に反転して進みます。、東京都交通局清澄庁舎のある通りを隅田川方面に直進し、「清澄ハイツ」のところを右折して万年橋を渡り、すぐに「芭蕉稲荷神社」の案内表示がありますので、そこを左折します。その道の一番奥です。徒歩約７分。



前回来て頂いた方も、来れなかった方も是非来てみて下さい。きっと前回と同じように、最後まで和やかな雰囲気の中できると思います。

お盆真っ盛りの中、どうなる事かと思いましたが、無事終える事ができました。

I gave a talk aｔ a small book cafe in Tokyo on last Friday.
It was successful, as long as i thought. I will try to do it again.






また、こういう機会があればどんどん話そうと思いますので、今後も宜しくお願いします。

そんなイベントもあり、3年ぶりのお盆休みというやつが終わりました。
昨日はそんな夏を締めくくる意味合いも込めて、友人達と山手線外周を徒歩で一周しました。
This event was scheduled on right middle of Japanese summer off term. Many people go back to their home town or just escape from busy place such as Tokyo and Osaka.
For me, I had a talk event and also a challenge with my friends; walking around Yamanote Line.
Yamanote Line is running around central Tokyo, and it is approximately 40km.










やはり徒歩というやつは、自転車とは別筋肉を使うようで、想像以上に疲労が蓄積しましたが、
何とかかんとか勢いに任せて約40キロ、１１時間かけて完歩。
Walking was a challenge. It requires different muscle from riding bicycle. I was very exhausted but eventually completed. We took 11 hours and walked about 40km, about 25miles.


今日一日しんどかった。。。
Today, It was first day of work....just a day after the long walk.... you know how i felt..
