今日シャングリラに到着。外国人が多いかと思ってたが、全然見当たらない。  I cycled about 3000m on the way here and felt very cold. I a bit worry about cycling over 4000m on my way. ここ2日、標高3000m前後を走って本当に寒い。4000m越えたらどうなるんだろ。      The road from north where I took on the way to Shangri La. シャングリラに向う途中。 Photo Album ↓
