From Litang, I spent several days on offroad to get to north Tibet highway.
リタンから北チベットハイウエイに抜けるべく、またしてもオフロードの日々を過ごして来た。


I'm now in Ganze.
そして現在、甘孜(ガンゼ)


On the way here from Litang, I got stopped in Shinlong by ass-holes, police. They told me that I haven't applied foreigner registration in town so must go back to Shangri-La.
途中、新龙(シンロン)でポリ公に止められ、外国人登録を道中してないと難癖を付けられ、「シャングリラまで戻れ」と言われるピンチがあった。


Kenta：「No way, you don't know how difficult my cycle on the way here is」
俺：「いやいや、シャングリラからかこに着くまでどんだけ苦労したと思ってんの」


Police：「why you don't know the foreigner registration rule in each city.」
公安：「中国で観光するには、必ず全ての街で外国人登録しなければならない事になってるのを知らんのかね」


Kenta：who knows??」
俺：「そんなん誰が知ってんの」


I had been complaining about this system to them.
こんな会話がしばらく続き、抗議し続けると


They told me in Chinese language which I didn't understand. Then eventually, I paied 50 yuen as penalty and then they let me go.
ごちゃごちゃ中国語で言われ、結局50元のペナルティを払わせられ、その場を通る事ができた。


I've never heard foreigner registration. I really want to fuck these asses off.
外国人登録なんてルールあんの？ 本当、こいつらは目糞鼻くそだな。


Anyway, even though I had a bad time, very nice people powered to me to move forward.
そんな事もあったけど、道中最高にナイスな人達に癒され走れました。





Men in Ganzi are called "Kampa". Some guys wear red cloth on their head which look very nice. They look different from Chinese; tall and muscular. They have very dark skin so look like Indian.
ガンゼの男達はカンパと言って、赤いダーツェ(ターパン？)を頭に巻いていたりしててカッコ良い。出で立ちも筋肉質で背が高く、色が黒いからインディアンみたい。



When they walk on plain, it's like picture.
この出で立ちで草原なんかを歩いてると本当絵になる。


In August, they have a horse race. I really want to see it.
8月には競馬？みたいな祭りがあって、カンパ達が馬に乗って走るのが見れるらしい。見てみたいな～


In Ganzi, I found a nice electronic store. I sold my cam, one I bought in Batang and cost MeV1550 yuen, for 1200 yuen. Then bought a new better Sony cam for 2800 yuen.
ガンゼでは大きめな家電屋を発見し、バタンで買った1550元のNikonを1200元で売り、変わりにソニーのサイバーショットを2800元でゲット。


This town is one of the major city in Ganzi province, and many people walking street. Its very fun to look at People wearing different tribal cloth.
この街はガンゼの主要な街なだけあって人の行き来が多い、いろんな衣装に身を包んでいるチベタンが街をウロウロしてるのを見るだけですごく楽しくなる。






However, there were many police and checking people in town, so I can't take my cam out.
一方で、すごい数の公安が街をウロウロしてて、やたらにカメラも出せやしない。


Every time when I talked to Tibetian, they complained about police. I agreed. It's very stressful.
チベタンと話をする度に、公安の悪口が出てくる。そりゃこの状況じゃ精神衛生上良くないよな。


I really don't understand why China doesn't understand forcing people doesn't make change.
力で押さえつけても何も解決できない事を、何で中国は理解しないのか不思議でしょうがない。
