It's been about 2 months cycling in China.
中国走行2ヶ月。


From north west of Quinghai, I started seeing camels instead of Yak that I saw everyday in Yunnan and Sichuan.
青海省北西部まで来るとヤクの姿が無くなり、かわりにラクダがチラホラ。



A highway in the desert goes straights to horizon where I can see. The color of what I see is all grey. The distance between village got wider so I more need to camp out on the way.
荒涼とした景色の中を、まーーすぐ道が地平線に伸びている。ただただ灰色の世界。村から村への距離も長くて野宿の回数も増えた。



I really miss the blue sky and nice view of Yunnan and Sichuan.
雲南、四川で見て来た青い空と景色が恋しい。


After passing a pass between Quinghai and Kansu, it is the totally Islamic world. There are Arabic everywhere in town, and people definitely speak different language.
青海省と甘肃省の間の当金山峠、ここを越えると完全にイスラムの世界だ。町にはアラビックが溢れ、言葉も明らかに違う。イラン系の人間もチラホラ。


In where Tibetian live, I was often asked "Witch tribe do you belong?" It was difficult question for me. Japanese is Japanese....I know original people in Okinawa is called Rykyu minzoku, and original people in Hokkaido is called Aynu(Ainu). But no idea what I am....
チベット族自治区でもそうだったが、良く「お前は何族だ」と聞かれる。日本人は日本人。琉球民族やアイヌ民族は知識としてあっても、自分が何族と考えると答えられない。ナイチャー？(沖縄風)


In China, there are 55 different tribes. They have all different cultures and languages. On my way so far, there were many different tribes. I frequently had troubles to communicate with them since they didn't understand normal Chinese language.
中国には55もの民族が暮らしていて、それぞれ宗教や言葉も多種多様。自分が通って来たルート上は、沢山の違った民族が暮らしていて、中国語が通じない事なんて日常茶飯事だった。


Before cycling in china, I had an image that China is just a big country. However, now my image of China is like Europe Union; different countries create a group.
以前は、中国は1つの大国ってイメージを持っていたが、今はいくつもの国が集まった共同体(EU)のような場所だと感じる。
