スマトラ島で走り始めて3日経ちました。ジャワ島と比べてジャングルで空が青いです。






I met the Indonesian guy, Filips, in the ferry who works in the U.S and is visiting his family here. He invited me to stay with so I stopped by his town and had a day off. He took me a school where his parent work and I visited a school class and explained where Japan is to kids. Their eyes brite opened and listened my explanations. They've probably never seen Japanese in real. They are so cute.

フェリーで帰省途中のインドネシア人でアメリカに住んでいるフィリップと会った。彼の家に招いてもらい、一日休憩をとった。
フィリップの両親が働いている小学校に行って、授業の時間を借り、日本が何処にあるかなんかを説明したりした。多分、本物の日本人を見るのは始めての子達がほとんど。みんな目をキラキラさせて話を聞いてた。みんな可愛いかったな～
